INQUIRY
I will only accept commissions from clients who share my artistic vision and principles. It's important to note that there may be a waiting period for commissions, but I also offer the option to expedite the process for an additional fee. However, I reserve the right to decline projects that simply do not align with my preferences. The quality of my work is based on the passion I feel for the projects I undertake, and I am committed to delivering exceptional results to those who share an artistic affinity with me.
QUOTES AND PROCESS
Please provide me with details about your project, including links to relevant music or other examples. Explain precisely what you are looking for, and if possible, provide examples or references. If there are specific deadlines or third parties involved, please let me know so that I can take them into account.
Once I receive the information, I will send you a quote and an estimated date. To start the work, a 50% initial payment is required. From there, I will create a draft that can be optimized based on your feedback and suggestions. Once you approve the draft, I will proceed to finalize the artwork and, if necessary, provide progress previews. The finished art will be delivered after the remaining payment is completed.
COMMUNICATION
I will respond within a maximum of two business days on any of my social media platforms (email, Facebook, or Instagram), unless otherwise specified, and I expect the same from my clients. Timely communication is essential to ensure compliance with the established project deadlines. Any delays in communication may affect the delivery within the agreed timeframe.
ADJUSTMENTS/CHANGES
Once I have started finalizing the approved draft, radical changes will not be feasible. Any edits at this stage will incur an additional cost. The final artwork must be used as approved, and no further alterations are allowed. It's essential to ensure that the approved draft meets expectations before advancing to the final stage of completion.
PAYMENT
I accept various payment methods for commissions, depending on the client's location. For Mexican commissions, I accept bank transfers (SPEI), Mercado Pago, and OXXO deposits. For Canadian clients, I accept transfers or deposits through Desjardins, while for international commissions, I accept PayPal. International clients must cover PayPal fees. A 50% initial payment is required to start the work, which is non-refundable after an approved sketch is provided. The final payment must be made within one week after the project's completion.
FILES
Once the payment for the artwork is completed in full, all files will be sent to the provided email address through a WeTransfer download link.
COPYRIGHT / CREDIT / USE OF ARTWORK
Countess Chaos Art retains the copyright to all created artworks. Countess Chaos Art must be credited in writing for any use or display of the artwork. The artwork should be used solely for the purposes agreed upon in the initial consultation. Any other use of the artwork requires prior written approval.
No alterations or changes to the artwork are permitted without the express consent of Countess Chaos Art. Additionally, Countess Chaos Art reserves the right to sell artistic prints of the artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate contract.
It's essential to respect the copyright and intellectual property of Countess Chaos Art and adhere to the agreed-upon conditions for the use of the artwork.
